Where can I use my Campfire Cooking Grill?
The New Original and Pioneer grills can be used anywhere you can light a campfire – they are perfect for when you are camping or on the beach. It is of course essential that campfires are lit responsibly and all the necessary safety precautions are taken before lighting a fire. A fire should never be left alone and children and pets must be supervised at all times.
The smaller rebel grill, with its integrated charcoal pan, may also be used at sites where only "off the ground" fires are permitted as well as anywhere you can have a campfire.

Can I boil a kettle/put a pan on the grill?
Yes. Providing the upright stake is firmly in the ground and the kettle or pan is not too heavy the grills can be used to support them over your fire.
Tip: If you coat the underside of your pots with washing up liquid before placing them over the fire it makes cleaning much easier. However, please ensure you wipe any washing up liquid off your grill once it has cooled before using it to grill food.

What size is the grill packed up in its bag?
As space is always a premium when packing the grills are designed to flat pack into a handy tote bag and therefore take up minimal space. The handy tote carry bag is 18” (46cm) high by 18.5” wide (47cm) and just 4.5” (12cm) deep. The upright stake unscrews into two parts 17” (46cm) long that fit into the bag with the cooking grill and the protective pan grab and glove. There is also plenty of room left to pack your cooking tools - sorry these are not provided!

How do I get the upright stake into the ground?
The stake has a sharpened end and should be easy to push into most ground, however, a mallet may be used to push the stake deeper into the ground as desired.
